Here at Spine Smart – A sport, spinal and orthopaedic rehabilitation practice. We aim to treat the cause of the patient’s problem and not only the symptoms concerned. Patients are given the “tools” and means to re-gain their pre-injury and functional status as well as to maintain and make long-term improvements.

SERVICES
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapist specializing in Sport and Spinal Mechanics including dry needling, Home/ old age visits, Hospital visits. The treatment of disease, injury, or deformity by physical methods such as massage, heat treatment, and exercise.
Biokineticists
Biokinetists offer a proactive and reactive service by assisting in preventing and treating chronic diseases, possible neurological abnormalities, orthopaedic complications, metabolic abnormalities, heart conditions and hypokinetic conditions. Moreover a Biokinetists provides final phase injury management.
HydroTherapy
The use of water in the treatment of different conditions, including post+pre-opp rehab, arthritis and related rheumatic complaints. Special exercises that you do in a warm-water pool.

MEDICAL AID RATES
All treatments are charged at 100% medical aid rates and submitted directly to the medical aid on behalf of the patient. Cash patients will be charged accordingly depending on the treatment required.
